A typical day
Surf, stretch, repeat
Yoga session on the rooftop, then breakfast.
Surf session of 2.5 to 3 hours with your coach at the best spot of the day.
Lunch and rest, a second surf, exploring the village or relaxing.
Sunset on the rooftop, dinner and an optional calming flow or meditation.
Better flexibility and focus, stretching tired muscles after surf, breathing and restorative flows.
