TERMS AND CONDITIONS – ENDLESS WAVE MOROCCO
1. BOOKING & RESERVATIONS
1.1 How to Book
– Bookings can be made via WhatsApp (+212 603 357 461), email (booking@endlesswavemorocco.com), or through our website contact form.
– All bookings are subject to availability.
– We will confirm your booking within 24 hours of receiving your request.
1.2 Booking Confirmation
– Your booking is confirmed only after:
• We send written confirmation (email or WhatsApp)
• You pay the required deposit (see Payment Terms)
– We reserve the right to decline any booking.
1.3 Minimum Age
– Guests must be 18+ years old to book independently.
– Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
– Minimum age for surf lessons is 8 years old.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
2.1 Deposit Payment
– A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package price is required to secure your booking.
– Deposit must be paid within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
– Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card, or cash (if booking in person).
2.2 Final Payment
– Remaining 70% balance is due:
• 14 days before arrival date, OR
• Upon arrival at the surf camp (cash or card accepted)
– If final payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
2.3 Currency
– All prices are in Euros (EUR).
– Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed.
3. WHAT’S INCLUDED IN PACKAGES
All our surf packages include:
✓ Airport pickup and drop-off (Agadir Airport – Al Massira)
✓ Accommodation for 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday)
✓ Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner
✓ 6 days of surf lessons/guiding (Sunday to Friday)
✓ Surfboard and wetsuit rental
✓ Daily transportation to surf spots
✓ Professional surf instructors
3.1 What’s NOT Included:
✗ International flights to Morocco
✗ Travel insurance (mandatory – see Insurance section)
✗ Personal expenses (drinks, souvenirs, etc.)
✗ Optional activities (Paradise Valley, excursions, etc.)
✗ Airport pickup outside specified times (additional fee may apply)
4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
– Deposit (30%) is non-refundable
– Cancellations made 30+ days before arrival: 50% refund of total paid
– Cancellations made less than 30 days: No refund
– No-shows: No refund
5. CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING
5.1 Changes by Guest
– Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 21 days before arrival.
– One date change is permitted free of charge. Additional changes may incur a €50 administration fee.
– Changes to package type (e.g., Beginner to Intermediate) must be requested 7 days before arrival.
5.2 Changes by Endless Wave Morocco
– We reserve the right to make minor changes to itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
– If we must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund or alternative dates.
– We are not responsible for costs incurred due to changes (flights, etc.).
6. TRAVEL INSURANCE
6.1 Mandatory Insurance
– ALL guests MUST have valid travel insurance covering:
• Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
• Surf activities and water sports
• Trip cancellation/interruption
• Personal liability
– Proof of insurance must be provided before or upon arrival.
6.2 Our Liability
– Endless Wave Morocco is not responsible for medical costs.
– We strongly recommend insurance covering surf-related injuries.
7. HEALTH & SAFETY
7.1 Medical Conditions
– Guests must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities that may affect surf participation.
– Pregnant women cannot participate in surf activities.
– We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety is a concern.
7.2 Swimming Ability
– Guests should be able to swim at least 50 meters.
– Non-swimmers or weak swimmers must inform us before arrival.
7.3 Surf Conditions
– Ocean conditions can be unpredictable. Our instructors decide daily surf spots based on safety.
– We reserve the right to cancel surf sessions due to dangerous conditions.
– No refunds for sessions canceled due to weather/safety.
8. CONDUCT & BEHAVIOR
– Respect other guests, staff, and local community.
– Follow instructor guidance during surf sessions.
– No illegal drugs or excessive alcohol consumption.
– Respect quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM).
– Care for accommodation and equipment.
8.2 Damages
– Guests are liable for any damage to property or equipment caused by negligence.
– Damaged or lost surf equipment will be charged at replacement cost.
8.3 Right to Removal
– We reserve the right to remove guests who:
• Behave dangerously or illegally
• Harass other guests or staff
• Damage property
• Violate these terms
– No refund will be given if removed for misconduct.
9. LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
9.1 Waiver of Liability
– Surfing is an adventure sport with inherent risks including injury or death.
– By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
– You participate in all activities at your own risk.
9.2 Our Responsibility
– We maintain equipment to high safety standards.
– Our instructors are qualified and experienced.
– We follow Moroccan safety regulations.
– We carry public liability insurance.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
– Endless Wave Morocco is not liable for:
• Injuries during surf activities
• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Delays or cancellations of flights
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.)
– Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your package.
